  • Is there a parking lot?
    There is no private parking lot. Please use nearby coin parking. The nearest is about 1 minute on foot.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    ・Check-in time: 15:00-18:00 *If you check-in during this time, our staff will be waiting for you at the hotel. In addition, if you wish to check-in after hours, please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate you. ・Check-out time: until 11:00 a.m. *Checkout is automatic checkout. Since there is no reception by staff, please leave the key on the table before leaving.
  • Is it possible to store luggage before check-in?
    Luggage storage before check-in is possible if you contact us by the day before. We can keep your luggage from 11:30.
  • Are there supermarkets and convenience stores nearby?
    There are supermarkets and convenience stores within walking distance. ・Super Fresco, Happy Rokuhara 5 minute walk ・Convenience stores: Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Lawson: 5 minutes on foot
  • Please tell me about the payment method.
    In addition to local cash payment, you can use credit card or barcode payment. Credit card: VISA/MasterCard/AMERICANEXPRESS Barcode: paypay/mel pay/d payment We do not provide receipts, so we will provide receipts if necessary.
  • Can I use a bicycle?
    We do not have bicycles for rent at our hotel, but you can rent or share bicycles in Kyoto City. To reserve a bicycle, please apply from the customer. Additionally, parking bicycles on the street is prohibited. Please store your bicycle in the space inside the entrance (on the dirt floor). (Can store up to 2 bicycles)
