How to check in
After making a reservation, please let us know your expected arrival time by the day before.
Please come directly to our inn on the day.
Staff will be waiting for you inside the inn according to your arrival time.
When you arrive, please press the intercom at the entrance to call us.
We will give you the key after the check-in procedure.
How to check in
Time : 3pm - 6pm
A staff member will be waiting for you when you arrive. When you arrive, the staff member will check you in and guide you around the building. (about 15 minutes)
Advance notice is required for luggage storage before check-in.
How to check out
Time : - 11am
You can stay in the building until 11am.
There is no check-out procedure by the staff, so once your luggage is ready, please leave your key on the table and leave.
Luggage storage
Time : 11:15am to 2:00pm
Luggage storage is available during the following hours:
・11:15-14:00
(Available both before check-in and after check-out)
You can also check in when you leave your luggage (this will take about 15 minutes)
We cannot accommodate arrivals before 11am.
(Please understand that this is due to cleaning and preparation time after check-out)
Shipping of luggage
Only available for pick-up in the afternoon of the same day
If you would like to send your luggage to Kamozen before your stay, please contact us in advance.
Please specify the afternoon of the day of check-in as the collection date.
Notes
●After making a reservation, we will send you a message with instructions.
Please email us to let us know your expected arrival time.
●If there are any changes to your arrival time, please let us know at least one hour before your arrival.
●Luggage storage and early check-in will be handled according to the situation on the day.
If we do not contact you in advance and your request is received on the same day, we may not be able to respond immediately.
●If you are coming by car, please park your car at a nearby paid parking lot before coming to the museum.
